Please note that notwithstanding the sale of the farmland, the vendor will retain a cutting right on an approximate area of thirty-six (36) acres on which ornamental trees (Christmas trees) are planted, for a period extending to June 1, 2030.

The approximate area affected by the cutting rights is described on a plan attached hereto. The parties understand that Schedule A - Cutting Plan attached hereto presents approximate timelines, which may be subject to change at the sole discretion of the Vendor.

The Vendor will pay the Purchaser rent equivalent to five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) per full year of rental of the acres identified by the cutting right, regardless of the number of acres used, available or remaining.

At the end of its last harvest of ornamental trees and before making a new portion available to the Purchaser, the Vendor undertakes to grind stumps and stones from the area to be made available that has been used to grow ornamental trees.
